  1.  STOKKE^® LLC (referred herein as “SPONSOR”) is the sponsor of this sweepstakes.

This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada except Quebec, who are 18 years or older.

Employees and vendors of the Sponsor and their immediate family or those who live in the same household are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

  2. To enter this contest visit http://www.stokkeusa.com/promo/xplory/specialxsweep.asp and complete the form with all required information.  Incomplete and inaccurate entries are void. 
 
  3. The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on July 3, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 31, 2008 (sweepstakes period). One entry per person per period. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by the rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel this contest at any time.  Sponsor is not responsible for any computer malfunctions or loss of internet network connections that may occur during the registration of the entries. 
  
  4.  After sweepstakes ends, qualified entrants will be chosen and contacted by Sponsor to receive the prize: a STOKKE^® XPLORY^® Complete Stroller. Approximate retail value of the prize is $1,099.99 at the time of the sweepstakes begins.  The prize will be shipped to the address provided on the winner’s entry form within 8 weeks after the draw for the winner. Except as noted above, the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be made. Odds of winning a prize are based upon the total number of eligible entries received. All, federal, state and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of this prize are the sole responsibility of each winner. All federal state and local laws apply.
  
  5.  By accepting this prize, the winner consents that Sponsor may use the winner’s name and biographical information, statements concerning the sweepstakes entry or Sponsor’s products without compensation for purposes of advertising, promotion and merchandising, and grant all rights to edit or modify and to publish and copyright it.

  6.  One qualified winner will be randomly drawn by a jury on or about August 7th, 2008.
 
  7.  Winner will be notified by email or U.S. mail. Winner will have 90 days to claim a prize with their received winner notification email and confirm the shipping address. Once completed, prizes will automatically be shipped.
