Redemption Instructions & Terms and Conditions

Offer begins on 04/15/09 and ends on 08/15/09 or while supplies last (“claim period”).

To receive any one STOKKE^® XPLORY^® accessory of your choice (accept a Carry Cot), purchase an XPLORY^® (Basic or Complete) stroller at participating retailers between 04/15/09 and 08/15/09, register your stroller online at http://www.StokkeUSA.com/warranty.htm and upon completion of the registration process you will be provided with a Registration Confirmation which will display your first name, last name and street address. Print and mail the confirmation (clearly displaying your contact information) and send along with a COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT with the qualifying STOKKE^® product name circled as follows:

Via e-mail: You may scan copies of your store receipt and registration confirmation and send via e-mail to: promotion@stokkeusa.com. E-mail submissions must be in .jpg or .gif format and must be no larger than 1MB is size.

Purchase must be made between 04/15/09 and 08/15/09 and claims must be received by 08/31/09, regardless of method of submission (e-mail or U.S. Mail). Claims received after 08/31/09 or after supplies are exhausted are void. Limit one (1) claim per one (1) unit of XPLORY^® stroller purchased and one (1) accessory request per claim, regardless of method of submission (e-mail or U.S. Mail). Duplicate claims will not be honored or acknowledged. Claim may be submitted via e-mail or U.S. Mail, but not both. Offer rights are not assignable or transferable. Claim materials will not be returned. Please retain copies of the materials you submit. No fax or phone orders accepted. Please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. Offer good only in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada and open to those 18 years of age or older. Offer void in U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam and where prohibited by law. Stokke LLC reserves the right to verify claim. Items placed on “lay away” or not paid in full at time of purchase do not qualify for this offer. Reproduction, purchase, sale, or trade of the claim form or store purchase receipts is prohibited. Fraudulent submissions may result in federal prosecution under mail fraud and other applicable statutes. Accessory items and colors subject to availability. In the event your selected an accessory item or color that is unavailable, Stokke reserves the right to substitute an accessory of a different item or color, from all accessories or colors available at time of claim receipt. STOKKE LLC is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due mail or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this promotion or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
