TRIPP TRAPP® from STOKKE®

love the STOKKE chair

I wanted to send my highest praise to your company for developing the STOKKE high chair. My 2 1/2 year old has been using hers since she was 1 and absolutely loves it. I love that she has developed excellent table manners and posture due to this chair. I have just ordered one for our 6-month old, and am so excited she will be sharing the table with us rather than having to use a plastic tray far away from the dinner the rest of us are sharing. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Why oh why didn't I buy one earlier???

The Tripp Trapp is very comfortable even without the cushion. My son does not attempt to get up until he's done eating. He feels like a big boy sitting in it and acts appropriately. The most amazing thing is that the good table time behavior has also transformed his behavior at restaurants in their highchairs. I've been getting complements on how good he is from everyone and I am shocked quite frankly. Until the Tripp Trapp arrived, I spent every second of our eating out meals catching stuff that he was flinging off the table. While he was always quiet, I hated the meals and only put myself through that ordeal on rare occasions.

I think that this is the best thing to happen to our household since we've started feeding our son table food. I would buy it again and intend to do so whenever we have a second kiddo. Who knew that you can engineer out horrible table manners in a child by making them feel like a big kid?!?!?!?! I am truly amazed and thankful.

"...We got the high chair this week and it is fabulous. My older son, who's 2 &1/2, sat in it and said "It is so comfy." I have to tell you it has brought us all back to the table and I even think the kids are eating better because of the community feel of the meal."

I just ordered the Tripp Trapp from one of the online retailers and am so excited! I saw the chair at a MetroMoms event in Dallas and knew I had to buy one as soon as my baby started solids. Thank you for making such a stylish chair!!!

STOKKE® XPLORY®

"The latest generation of strollers offers great maneuverability, light weight and stylish good looks. For parents who want it all, the Stokke Xplory is our pick for the ultimate Manhattan playground accessory."

"The clear winner in our tests was the superbly designed Xplory. Every aspect of this moon buggy like gadget wast thought out with great attention to detail. The stroller is easy to maneuver around city streets and converts from a bassinet to a sit-up stroller with a few easy steps. Build quality is excellent as the frame doesn't sag or squeak when pushed, unlike other models, and gives the impression it will last for a very long tiem. Parents know that good stroller suspension is neccessary to keep babies asleep and the Xplory earned our respect in this category. Even on their roughest of pavement, it provided a smooth ride. The Xplory is also quite the looker, we received oohs and ahs when walking down SoHo streets. But the highlight of the Xplory is also what makes it look different from every other stroller on the market--the height of the seat. The Xplory brings the child up higher. The company says that this enhances eye contact between infant and parent and improves bonding. The height is also a critically important feature on New York City streets, keeping the baby safety away from dogs and car fumes. For the height feature alone, we would recommend the Xplory, but it also earned a wide variety of other superlatives during our test run that make it a natural for any New York parent looking to buy a high-end stroller."

I had been wanting the Xplory for a while- I even spoke to the local store owner about taking up an account with you (which she has - thanks to me!)

Well- I finally convinced my husband to buy the Xplory- and WOAH am I impressed- I own quite a few strollers - mountain buggy, bugaboo(which I have gotten rid of to buy the xplory), maclaren-double and single, silver cross, inglesina - 3 models, bertini . Others that I have test driven/borrowed include the quinny , peg perego

so as you guess I am quite the expert on strollers and I am the one everyone calls for recommendations... the xplory has come to the top of my list and this is one that I will never let out of my collection as I use it pretty exclusively now-

The ride is awesome, the ability to take it up and down stairs safely is imeasurable as my house is elevated, I love that my baby is so close- I do not have to bend down to give her a snack or comfort her- (my physical therapist might start wondering where I am as there is alot less strain on my back and neck now that I am not bending to reach my baby) My kids really feel a part of the action up there- they can see all the animal at the zoo, they don't have to be taken out if we stop to dine, even in the market or any store they are happier.

I live on long Island and walk everywhere locally and I have taken the xplory to NYC on the railroad- where people have run after me to ask about the xplory -(a group of people even snapped pictures- I like to think it was because my baby is adorable but I believe it was more a factor of the carrigae being so cool!)

I did have a problem with my carriage and your company took care of it in a flash- the price is definitely high but coming from someone who spent a similar amount on the bugaboo cameleon I have to tell you there is no comparison in the quality! I was so happy to be rid of the bugaboo and purchase the xplory!

The only problem is-- I have a two year old and an 11 month old and when we go out and one of them gets the xplory and the other has to go in one of the other strollers- there is an all out screaming match- both want the xplory - my two year old calls it his rocket- and says he needs to go in the rocket carriage! and my 11 month old just cries and scampers over to the xplory as we prepare to leave!

your product is amazing- now I just need luck trying to figure out how to convince my husband we need another one!

I am happy to have joined the Stokke family!

I cannot walk five minutes in the mall without someone either saying something to me about the stroller or hearing people talk to each other about it. It's a big hit! In fact, my sister is already asking for one and she doesn't even have kids :)

I swear, this stroller is a big hit. I have had many take pictures of it, many who have said they would have another kid just to use this stroller! We were at a Mexican restaraunt in Alpharetta on Cinco De Mayo (May 5) and everyone voted us as having the best stroller in Alpharetta. We went to the Walk for Autism and the Taste of Alpharetta over the last week and the enthusiasm and interest about the stroller only seems to grow. We love it and are happy to tell people about this wonderful product.

We love ours too. I do agree that the base is heavy to lift into the car and the footrest needs to be rethought, but there is TONS of room in the shopping bag and you can get clips to be able to hang bags off the handle.
Oh, and the reviewer forgot to mention one major feature: the ability to flip the wheels into handtruck mode to go up and down stairs. This is absolutely priceless and allows me to take the subway without needing help. Granted, it's heavy to pull up more than one flight of stairs, but going down is a breeze. No other stroller does this, except for the Phil and Teds model, which only has 2 wheels.

I agree that it costs a lot of money, but for something you'll use daily for years it's worth it. And it's a much better value than the Bugaboo which doesn't have any of the Xplory's special featured.

I know the price seems steep but to be perfectly honest I LOVE THIS STROLLER. I fill up the Stokke Baby Bag with all the essentials and find that if I need to, I can pack the rest into the shopping bag.
I live in New York City so I'm not a fan of those SUV-style strollers that take up half the sidewalk. And since its so metropolitan in NYC, I love that I can face my daughter towards me. It makes me feel a lot more secure.
On top of everything is the amazing manueverability. I can turn it with one finger!!! I am a huge fan of all things Stokke (I have the Sleepi, the Tripp Trapp, and the Stokke Care changing table) While I did spend more than the average mom, the items I bought will be in my daughter's use long after she's walking and talking.
Much love to the Xplory!!! A definite yes from me :)

I own an Xplory and while I agree it's a big expense and a funny looking stroller it is the best purchase we've made for our daughter hands down. It is the only stroller I have and I adore it! I've clipped a skip hop diaper bag onto it for extra storage. You can turn the seat around without removing the foot rest also, just make sure the foot rest is pulled out then it will slide over the handle. I take ours grocery shopping, that front bag is deceptive. I can fit a 10 pound bag of rice in there along with milk and a bag or two of groceries. I just have my daughter facing me so it has a little extra room. I prefer it over the Bugaboo we owned simply because it's not tippy!

The Stokke may look weird - but if you are looking at the pushchair (stroller) from a baby's perspective it is great. It takes a little while to get used to putting it up and taking it down, it fits into a saloon (sedan) car boot fairly easily.

The positives are that it can be used as a high chair in restaurants - when no seats are available. The seat can be forward and backward facing, so when baby is young you can watch them and when older they can see what is happening around them. It can be fully upright, seated or reclined - so they can sleep easily, and on many occasions we have used the Stokke to get him to go to sleep. There is plenty of storage space in a bag underneath. The wheels can be retracted so you can take the pushchair (stroller) up and downstairs.

The best feature though is that baby is much higher than any other pushchair (stroller). So he is not fighting the shopping bags or looking at people's shoes and legs but on the same level as everyone else - a great position for them to see and explore the world.

The only downside is that if you want to go for country walks then the Stokke is not great. Mud gets stuck in wheels and it can be hard going because the centre of gravity is higher than other pushchairs (strollers). Definitely a pushchair (stroller) for town.

STOKKE® SLEEPI™

Stokke Sleepi crib will not disappoint

Our Experiences with the Stokke Sleepi

"We purchased this crib on the Euro, which means that we paid more for it than we would have had we purchased it here in the States. This crib isn't cheap. We purchased the whole system, though...the Mini, the Keep, the Care, the Sleepi, the mattress, and the extensions for the crib. I understand that if you were to purchase here, just the Sleepi, you would pay approximately $960.00. Some people may find this realle expensive, but we looked at this furniture as furniture for life. It would grow and expand with our child from infancy through adulthood (when those two chairs would be in place). For us, the price was worth it.

We loved the fact that this Sleepi system grows from a crib to a toddler bed to a junior bed to two half chairs (as long as you purchase the extension sets). We also loved the look of this crib. The wood was absolutely beautiful and so was the design. I loved the oval shape and clean, rounded lines...

Our Bottom Line

The Stokke Sleepi Crib is a beautiful, durable, and innovative crib that will last our family for (hopefully) generations to come. I also love the fact that this company is conscious of the environment and takes an active role to protect our Earth.

Over these past seventeen months, it has held up well and provided our son with a cozy, spacious, and wonderful place to rest and relax. It is expensive, which may turn away some people. But if you look at it as an investment for a sleeping system for years to come, the price is not that bad. If we ever have another baby, we will 100% positively purchase another!"

LOVE IT

We bought this crib becasue of the beautiful design and because my daughter's room was very small. This crib is such a space saver and it looks amazing in the nursery. We get compliments from friends and family all the time. We have had this crib for a little over two years. We skipped the mini, not necessary in my opinion. Also, my mattress setting is on the lowest and I am 5'1 and have never had a problem lowering my sleeping 30 lb, 2 year old! Hope this helps!

Elegant and charming

Love the aesthetics of a simple, round natural wooden crib. Unusual and feels very open as opposed to stuffy and overdone like many cribs. Isn't too hard to assemble but helps to have 2 people. I would recommend larger size (skip the mini; not necessary). Only drawback when mattress is on lowest level hard for a short person (under 5'4") to lower baby without a little drop or waking him/her up. The sides don't open/drop down for ease of lowering child. Designer oval fitted sheets online
